//2014 Live event launching the Rue La La Dressing Room Series:
A new curation concept merging Fashion and Home trends into one shopping experience. The live event featured vingettes of our 3 Summer Dressing Room events- Boho Chic, Minimalist White + Weekend Casual.
//2014 Boston Marathon Charity Program:
Rue collaborated with local jewelry brand Alex and Ani to raise money for the Boston One Fund. At 8am on Marathon Monday we launched an boutique on Ruelala.com featuring an exclusive Alex and Ani Boston Strong bangle set-with 100% of Net Proceeds going to the Boston One Fund. All units sold out in 2 hours and we were able to raise over $90,000 for the charity.
//2013 Editorial Videos:
In 2013 we began to explore new kinds of content such as video marketing. These videos were created in house by our studio, creative and editorial teams to live on Youtube as Pre-roll and acquisition ad media placements.
// 2013 Birkin Bag Sweepstakes
To kick off the year we developed a promotion that would put a coveted Hermes Birkin in the hands of 3 lucky Rue La La members. The sweepstakes served as a huge PR opportunity but also was built in order to meet referral and acquisition goals. The program mechanic asked members to refer their friends to Rue La La as a means of entry. The promotion gained over 99k entries and generated more than 18k new members.
